To report claimed infringement, send a written notice to our designated agent in section 4 including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the material on our site claimed to be infringing, with its URL; (3) your name, address, telephone number, and email; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the party who provided it where applicable, and document the notice. Incomplete notices may be returned for completion rather than acted on.

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or the use is lawful, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its prior URL; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was in error; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, [the Eastern District of New York]; and your signature. Where the DMCA’s conditions are met, we may restore the material unless the complaining party informs us it has filed a court action.
