The center will publish evaluation methods, reusable technical components, and implementation findings under open licenses.
A practical expansion plan
The work developed over several months and reflects a broader shift toward transparent processes, measurable outcomes, and clearer communication with the communities affected.
“The most useful systems are the ones people can understand, question, and improve together,” the project team said.
Additional milestones are expected later this year. This demonstration story can be fully replaced in Gutenberg while the theme preserves its publication-grade presentation.
